COVID-19 Notice

During the current COVID-19 emergency, we are working to keep our services up and running whilst keeping our employees safe and minimise the risk to everyone we interact with, including our board members, contractors, partners, suppliers and ratepayers.

Operational services

To ensure the continued maintenance and running of pumps and other critical flood defence assets which protect people, property and farmland, and essential repairs to the watercourse network and assets within our district, we are:

• Prioritising the highest risk assets and activities
• Working flexibly to reduce the number of interactions between staff members and others and maintaining a 2m distance between individuals

Rating, finance and general enquiries

Our office-based staff are currently working from home as much as possible, with only a limited number of staff in the office.

Our public reception is CLOSED until further notice.
